NestledIn Service Agreement
This agreement is between Nestled In (“Provider”, “I”, “Me”, “NestledIn”) and the undersigned client(s) (“Client”). The purpose is to provide clarity about services and expectations so that everyone feels comfortable and cared for during this important time.
Services
Nestled In provides customizable postpartum and family support services. These may include childcare during labor, delivery, or postpartum recovery, house preparation and light cleaning, freezer meal preparation and delivery, grocery pickup, and visitor hosting. The exact services included will depend on the package or individual selections chosen by the Client.
While I do my very best to meet every request, my services are on-call and flexible by nature. This means there is always the small chance I may not be able to arrive exactly when needed, especially for urgent situations such as immediate childcare pickup from a hospital or clinic. I will always communicate clearly if this occurs.
Service Area
The range of my services is limited. Since I will be driving myself, I require that all clients be within a set boundary of 45 minutes (roughly 45-55 miles) or less. This is up to my discretion, but I typically accept clients in the following cities:
-
Springfield
-
Battlefield
-
Republic
-
Nixa
-
Ozark
-
Strafford
-
Marshfield
-
Rogersville
-
Fair Grove
-
Pleasant Hope
(This is not a comprehensive list.)
Payment and Refunds
To reserve services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of services. Payments may be made via PayPal, Venmo, Cash, Check, or Square (credit or debit card).
If the Client cancels services, the deposit is non-refundable. If I must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all unmet services will be refunded in full. For freezer meals, the Client may choose between a full refund or delivery at the earliest possible time.
Limitations
I am not a licensed medical professional and do not provide medical care or advice. My services are intended as household and family support only.
I do not provide backup childcare. If that’s something that’s crucial to the Client, that is something the Client will have to provide. I will do everything in my power to provide the promised services, and I will communicate clearly in the event of a change of plans.
In homes with more than one cat, I cannot provide services due to health limitations.
Because of the on-call nature of this work, there may be times when I cannot provide every service exactly as planned. However, any unmet services will be fairly refunded per this service agreement.
Liability
Client understands that NestledIn is not responsible for medical outcomes, emergencies, or situations outside of my reasonable control. My role is to provide care, comfort, and practical support to the best of my ability, with honesty and transparency at all times.
Consultation
Before services begin, I require a short consultation (in person) to review your family’s needs, preferences, and expectations. This time is used to discuss household details, visitor boundaries, childcare instructions, meal selections, any allergies or health considerations, etc.
The consultation ensures that services are personalized, safe, and supportive for your family. This consultation also allows me to meet with your child(ren) and build a relationship with them, which helps build trust and comfort (when applicable).
